Nowadays there are many many options to label your kid’s school items out there and I didn’t even know that. I thought that there were only the personalized ones that you order with the name on it, ready to go.
Well, I was wrong, there are many options and one of them is these cool write-on labels.
Stuck on You has many different types but the ones I tried are the
Write-on Stick on and
Write-On Iron on, kind of confusing!!
The main difference is that one is for regular items and the other for clothing.
They are really easy to use, the Stick Ons come with a sticky transparent cover that you peel and stick on top of the name to protect it.
The Iron ons, you really just write and then iron on top and the back with the help of a little wax paper it comes with, that’s all!
So Maya and Adrian picked their favorites and we labeled lots of things, their thermos and clothes. For Maya she has to have a change of clothes inside her backpack every day just in case and when the sweater time comes it will need to be labeled!
My one TIP to use them would be to write the name with a regular pen because I tried with a thin black marker thinking it would look nicer but the ink spread after I ironed or after I cover with the transparent protector.
The cool thing about having this little packet of labels is that they come helpful everyday for other things at home or for traveling that might need labeled. We love how they look!

RESEÑA de ETIQUETAS ESCOLARES PARA LOS NIÑOS y un sorteo
Hoy en día hay muchas muchas opciones para etiquetar artículos escolares de sus hijos por ahí y yo ni siquiera lo saben. Pensé que había sólo los personalizados los que usted pide con el nombre en él, listo para ir.
Bueno, yo estaba equivocada, hay muchas opciones y una de ellas son estas etiquetas donde uno puede escribir el nombre uno mismo (write-on).
Stuck on You tiene de todo tipo de etiquetas pero las que yo probé son las que se usan para cualquier objeto y las que son termoadhesivas para la ropa.
La verdad son muy fáciles de usar, las que son como calcomanías (para objetos, no para ropa) vienen con una cubierta transparente adherente que se pela y se pega encima del nombre para protegerla todita.
Las termoadheribles se pegan con plancha, realmente sólo se les escribe el nombre y después se pasa la plancha por encima y por atrás con la ayuda de un papel de cera que trae el paquete, eso es todo!
Así que Mayita y Adri escogieron sus etiquetas favoritas y etiquetamos un montón de cosas, sus termos y ropa. Maya tiene que tener una muda de ropa dentro de su morral todos los días por si acaso así que estas etiquetas ayudan para ponerle a esa ropita y cuando llegue el momento de usar suéter (que no parece que nunca fuera a llegar con estos calores de aquí!) ya serán etiquetados!
Un TIP para usarlas es que escriban el nombre con un bolígrafo normal porque yo intenté primero con un marcador negro finito pensando que se vería más bonito pero la tinta se regó después de que planché la etiqueta o después que cubrí con el protector transparente.
Lo bueno es que el paquete de etiquetas vienen bastantes y se hacen bien útiles para otras cosas en la casa o para cuando vayamos de viaje, uno nunca sabe! A nosotros nos encantaron como se ven!
