Creamy Mini Pizzas with Pineapple

Now that Summer is almost here, gatherings with family and friends are a must since the weather is perfect and days are longer. We love spending time in the park on picnics, at the beach, hanging out in the backyard or by the pool, there are a lot of options!

But food is one of the main ingredients for all those gatherings and often we ask our guests to bring something to eat or drink. But I make sure I always have a variety of foods and drinks to offer too.

I love offering easy snacks that don’t require using utensils, that don’t need being served at hot temperatures and that are simple to serve such as appetizers or small bites. These creamy mini pizzas have a sweet-and-sour touch that everyone likes and are perfect for any summer party. They can be paired with many other foods such as chicken, shrimp and salads.

En verano no pueden faltar las reuniones con la familia y amigos que se extienden por horas ya que el clima se presta y el día dura un montón. A nosotros nos encanta pasarla en un parque haciendo picnic, en la playa, en el patio de la casa conversando o al lado de una piscina, ¡hay muchas opciones!

Para todos estos lugares nunca puede faltar la comida, y la mayoría de las veces le decimos a los invitados que traigan algo de comer y de tomar pero igual yo tengo una variedad de cosas que ofrecer.

A mi me encanta brindar comida fácil, que no se necesiten casi cubiertos para comer o que sea necesario que esté bien caliente y también que se pueda servir fácil como estilo bocadillo o aperitivo. Estas mini pizzas cremosas tienen un toque agridulce que a todo el mundo gusta y son perfecta para cualquier fiesta de verano. Pueden ser acompañadas con muchas otras cosas como pollo, camarones y ensaladas.
