Instagram Amor: Personal Hashtags

I have to say it, Instagram is my favorite social media channel of all, I enjoy looking at other people’s photos and I enjoy sharing my day-to-day finds in there as well. It’s been a while since I didn’t share this Instagram Amor over here, so here I am again. 

Lately, my Instagrams have a lot of San Diego images and mostly of the beach or the bay. I LOVE to take pictures while running and that’s where those come from. It’s actually a little challenging for me because I have to take somewhat of a different photo than the last, I can only take two same photos of the bay from the same angle because more than that it will get boring. Not only to me but for you my followers. So that’s good, always being challenged.

A great thing for cataloguing all those pictures are hashtags, and these hashtags are personal because they serve only as a file system for my own Instagrams. If you follow me on Instagram you might already realized that I came up with the hashtag #darielaruns for all the pictures I take while running, and I love that because I am able to see them all together when I click the hashtag! I went back and hashtagged all the ones I didn’t do before I made this decision.

Another hashtag I created was #AdrianyMaya, that one for when I have both kids together in the photo. I want to create one for each of the kids but I still need a good idea for that one. It can’t be only the names because it would be too generic and other people probably have it, so I’ll keep thinking, let me know if you come up with something that might help me!

In this group of photos there are pictures from all over: Our visit to Knotts Berry Farm (Maya eating a skewer), a cool photobooth at a birthday party (kids with hats), Adrian’s costume and makeup from The Wizard of Oz at school, me and my sis in New York and other random moments.

Les tengo que decir que la verdad Instagram es mi red social favorita, me encanta ver las fotos de las demás personas y me encanta compartir mi día a día con fotos ahí. Ya había pasado bastante tiempo desde que no les compartía aquí una entrada de Instagram Amor, así que aquí estoy de nuevo. 

Últimamente, mis Instagrams tienen una gran cantidad de fotos de San Diego y en su mayoría de la playa o de la bahía. ME FASCINA a tomar fotos mientras que troto y de ahí es donde vienen esas fotos. En realidad empieza a ser un poco difícil para mí, porque tengo que tomar fotos de los mismos sitios pero diferentes, con sólo tomar dos desde mismo sitio es suficiente ¿no?, porque más de eso es aburrido, no sólo para mí, sino para ustedes mis seguidores. Así que lo chévere es que es un reto el tomar fotos distintas cada día, me encanta.

Una cosa muy buena para la catalogar todas estas fotos son los hashtags, y estos hashtags son personales porque sirven sólo como un sistema de archivos para mis propias fotos de Instagram. Si me siguen en Instagram probablemente se dieron cuenta que uso el hashtag #darielaruns para todas las fotos que tomo cuando troto, y me encanta que porque puedo entonces ver todas las fotos juntas de este mismo tipo dándole clic al hashtag. Si regresé y le puse el hashtag a todas los que había tomado antes de tomar esta decisión. 

Otro hashtag que creé fue #AdrianyMaya, para cuando los dos niños están juntos en la foto. Quiero crear una para cada uno de los niños, pero todavía no tengo una buena idea para esa. No puede ser sólo los nombres porque sería demasiado genérico y probablemente otras personas ya lo tienen, así que voy a seguir pensando, ¡avísenme si se les ocurre algo que me pueda ayudar! 

En este grupo de fotos hay imágenes de todas partes: Nuestra visita a Knotts Berry Farm (Maya comiénsdose un pincho), un photobooth en una fiesta de cumpleaños (los niños con sombreros), El disfraz y maquillaje de Adrian cuando actuó en El mago de Oz en el colegio, mi hermana y yo en Nueva York, y otros más…
