I am so excited for the summer. I am not used to the cold temperatures and breeze over here in San Diego (I know, I know, it’s not even what some people call cold!), plus this is really a summer because Adrian will finish preschool and have the time off for several sports activities and camps I am planning for him. And during the weekends we will go to the pool or the beach or anywhere else outdoors! Yay! I feel so much closer to the beautiful outdoors here.
And another exciting part is that I get to be a Positivity Ambassador once again! That means Summer + Positivism = Happiness x 1000! LOL! I am going to share how we stay active, be positive and of course drink milk!
Here is the new Paso Positivo song with special dance steps and everything (check out the video below). I’ve already learned it and danced a little bit in front of the TV, by that I mean the TV cameras and I will show you once I have the video 🙂 It’s a fun way to workout and stay active, I’ll be showing it to the kids and see if they can learn it!
A couple of facts that I have learned about milk is that it has minerals that prevent muscles from cramping and proteins like casein that help rebuild the muscles after a physical activity so it’s pretty cool to drink it
