15 months. Can you believe this? In a little while this project will be over 🙁 …I better not think about that!
Maya brings me a smile every single day, I cannot stop kissing or hugging her, the way she walks is so cute and funny, everybody in the house imitates her, well, mostly Adrian. They are playing together more and more, the play consists in following each other and doing what the other one does all around the house.
She doesn’t say one word yet!! It drives me a little crazy, I want her to call me Mami, but nada. All she says is Coop-Coop which is how we call one of cats (his name is Cooper). Well, she is probably close to saying some words, I’m sure. Meanwhile she keeps doing “Ojitos” (Mostly to Derek) and all those cute little tricks. The fun thing for her now is climbing to a little stool or chair and sitting by herself, she does it and claps right after, cuuuuute!
Todavía no dice ni una sola palabra! Me tiene medio loca con eso porque ya quiero oirle decir Mami, pero nada de nada. Lo único que dice es Cup-Cup, y es que así llamamos a uno de los gatitos (Su nombre es Cooper). Bueno, seguro que ya está cerca de decir algunas palabritas. Mientras tanto sigue haciendo “Ojitos” (Más que todo a Derek) y todas esos otros truquitos cuchis. Lo más divertido para ella ahorita es subirse a cosas, como banquitos y sillas pequeñas, se sube allí y se sienta y luego se aplaude a ella misma, es demasiado liiiiinda!

May 11, 2011 at 12:28 amHer hair is so pretty! … Why will the project be over? You can do this until she goes off to college, no?! LOL. My mother used to photograph us by the same tree on the first day of school each year, (we grew along with the tree – and the tree is taller than my childhood home now) so you could do something like that?
That's sweet that the kids are at an age where they're playing more together. I love when my boys play together.

Pati: Si, mejor ni pensarlo, yo cuando veo a Sam lo veo más grandote que Maya, ya parece un niñito en vez de bebé.
